Customizing your Audi – tuning to performance!

The Audi tuning enthusiasts will not forget easily the date of July 21 - 22, 2007, when the world famous Waterfest 13 VW/AUDI carshow took place at Raceway Park, New Jersey. I bet they still remember "The White Beast". In fact, we were all impressed by "The White Beast", built by VAG Motorsport and tuned by Unitronic Chipped over 540 AWHP at 5500 RPM, taking the top dyno trophy at Waterfest 13. The Audi TT monster was even forced to hold back some of its power due to the fact that it was ripping itself off from the dyno, due to the immense power that only a Unitronic tuned car can have.
Lately, wherever you turn your head, there’s an Audi, from small engine A2 family cars to large engine hot hatches the S and RS range and executive cars like the A6 and A8. Every Audi driver wants to enable and enhance the features of his car. Still, in our opinion, Quattro, Turbo diesel and turbocharged models are the best candidates for modifications. That doesn’t mean that all models in the Audi range can’t benefit from some specific performance modifications and carefully selected tuning parts.
To avoid many of the common mistakes and actually achieve the car setup you desire, you should get some professional help. Unless you have a PHD (wink!) in engineering, programming or software, you should NOT try this at home! Following internet tuning tips is not enough.
